From the beautiful bayou country of Lake Charles, La., to her childhood in Houston, Texas,
Debbie brought along with herself a deep love of singing gospel music.
God delivered her from seventeen years of severe bronchial asthma.
Today, she is fondly known as, “the little lady with the Big voice”.
As with each of us, He designed Debbie to bring Him honor and glory,
and she has dedicated her life for that purpose. God has always had a plan.

Debbie and her husband Curtis are born again believers in Jesus Christ.
They agree that to be instrumental in God’s work, and to be a part of His plan is a great honor.
This couple have been dedicated to their ministry since 1996.

They are full-time and travel thousands of miles each year in their motor home
accompanied by their 20lb cat named “Gabriel”.

Debbie is available to share her music and personal testimony in concert for churches,
seminars, conventions, ladies associations, theaters, opry houses and other special events.
Curtis and Debbie Helton may also be booked together as motivational speakers.
God revealed to them this new dimension of His plan for their ministry,
and they have eagerly embraced it.
They speak on the subject, “God’s Gifts for Your Destiny”.

Debbie has been a gospel music recording artist for almost twelve years.
Her producer, Dave Moody of Lamon Records in Charlotte, North Carolina will be
releasing her seventh project in January of 2008, along with a single song release from
that CD to national and overseas radio.  This will be her sixteenth radio release, a number
of which have charted in the Top 10.  Debbie shared this with us, “The most important thing to
me is for the lost to hear about Jesus, the salvation that He alone can give, and that His love
doesn’t stop there.  In John 10:10b Jesus said, “I am come that they might have life, and that they
might have it more abundantly”.   To be a child of God is the most exciting and rewarding life
there is, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything that this world has to offer”.
